On pokemon pearl where do you get the exp share?

its from eterna city city go down and keep going until you find a mini building where you pass through. Go through and talk to Prof. Rowans asistant he will then give you a exp. share

you get it on the bridge that divides eterna city and the cycling road but you must have seen or 25 or more pokemon!

You get it by entering that bike area in Eterna City. Talk to Professor Rowan's assistant and he will give you it.

It is near Eterna city, where you get your second gym badge from. You go through the exit at the bottom of the city, and just as you are going through the building onto the cycle path you see professor rowan's assistant who you can talk too. He gives you the xp share.
