On pokemon ruby how do you get rid of a HM?

im tryin to migrate a golem from ruby 2 pearl but it has rock smash. How can I get rid of rock smash?

Go to Lilycove city and go up the stairs that lead you to the department store and go right. There will be a house with a sign that says move deleaters house. Go in, get roch smash deleated and migreate it to your pearl!

First you go to lilycove city, some houses left to the great shop there is a move deleter, talk to him, slect the pokemon, select the move and he deletes it for you!

You goto the move deleter in canalive city. He can be found in the house infront of the pokemon center.

The only way to get rid of an HM is by going to Lilycove City and it should be west of the pokemon dept. store. The guy who get rids of HM's will be in a blue house up past the stairs.
