you have to catch five villains and then go to the telephone  and it will be ringing click on it then it will give you the power to fly

I hate to say this but.......................... You can"t catch her in one day. It will take you days to finish all the Five Villans. She flies alot. And the only way to fly is to finish all five villans. Once you finish all five, You will be awarded to fly.

Crusher-

You have to hop onto the machine thing and switch the switch twice. You have to watch out or he will knock you off with the booms.

Sir Rebral-

You have to make him mad. Try to dodge the rocks and get in his face. You should get next to a rock near the restroom, and when the land comes up the rock will hit him. The rock flies more to the left so yea.

Ratman-

You go to the girl's restroom and go down the sewer. Turn the handles until you can go in the door. Rats are everywhere. You just have to doge the rats and hop on the pipes to the top. You'll see a handle and turn it. Then flies will attack you, so you have to go fast and capture Ratman.

Speeding Spike-

Get into the subway station and enter the subway. You'll see a wet floor sign. Next, go to the place where Speeding Spike's at. Jump around and guide him towards the wet floor.

Betty Jetty-

Do this one last. GO to the telephone booth and it will ring.  ANswer it and you will get the power to fly.  Then, you go to the top of the skyscraper. Chase down Betty and avoid the flying green balls of stars. They'll knock you out. After Betty is once again on the scyscraper, she'll about to take off, but then that nerd saves the day!

Ok, this might be a lot, but I'm going to tell you how to defeat each villain. You'll need to defeat these villains to fly.

Copy Cat-

Go to the bank or museum or whatever and go to the left side. After she runs out of the money storage place, you just have to find her before the smoke fills up the entire place.

Crusher-

You have to hop onto the electromagnet machine thingy and switch the switch twice. Careful, the BOOMS can knock you off.

Sir Rebral-

You doge a lot of rocks for as long as you can, then he'll get angry and bump up land. You should get next to a rock near the restroom, and when the land bumps, the rock should go flying and hit him.

Ratman-

You go to the girl's restroom and go down the sewer. Fiddle with the turning thingy until you get to the metal door on the left. Ratman's in there, but he's got rats patroling the area. You just have to doge the rats and hop on the pipes to the top. You'll see a turning thing and turn it. Next, the flies will attack you, so you have to be quick and get to Ratman to capture him.

Get into the subway station and enter the subway. You'll see a wet floor sign. Next, go to the place where Speeding Spike's at. Jump around and guide him towards the wet floor.

Congratulations! Now you can fly. :D

After you get her, the madalian will be rewarded to the other guy. After that get the hotdog at the hotdog stand and go to the comic store. Trade him the hotdog for the madalian. There. Now You Have Cheated your way to victory!

To get Jetty Betty you have to defeat all five other super villains then chase after her in the sky until you both fall. Then Ned Noodlehead will come in underwear and a blanket and he will push her, she will go to prison then you have to get a hot dog from the park and trade it for the island medallion.
