On poptropica I got the jet pack, but when I went to get the flag it was not there!

I got past the giant and got the jet pack and exited in his garden. I fell onto the water tower but I was expecting to get the flag but instead of getting the flag I got nothing and I already checked many times to see if I have the flag.

thats odd when i went up there i got it. did you try signing off and signing back on or maybe making a new user? i know you would have to start all over if you made a new one but i guess you might have to.
