On prozac, have to miss a dose, what do I do?

don't have me regular 40 mg today, have to wait until later to get it. what do you think, should i skip it or take the last of my 20 mg?

Take the 20mg. Its better than skipping.

How long do you need to wait? That would make a difference in my answer. I would take the 20mg half way between now and when you can get the 40mg. I think the 20mg is better than none.

Never skip doses, you should call a pharmacist to see what should be done.  They can help.  But you should never skip a dose without being advised by a doctor.
