On "Bewitched", Which Husband Did You Like Better?

Unfortuntely d**k York had to leav Bewitched when he had a back injury on another program.

I LOVE Bewitched and I like d**k York the best. There was just something about d**k Sargent that I couldn't stand. To bad that they couldn't keep d**k York.

But yeah this is what I read about why he left. He left the series in 1969 due to a chronic back ailment. He later founded Acting for Life, a private fund-raising effort for the homeless, which he managed from his home where he was bedridden with a degenerative spine injury
