On runescape what is the best thing to fight if your level 47-50?

Honestly, he should fight guards in Varrock Palace in an uncrowded world. I'm serious because they have a lot of them there and even for higher levels they give good exp because of the amount of them and how easy they are to hit. Not hill giants because the amount of people there. Hobgoblins would be okay. Edgeville dungeon. Hope I helped.
