Here is my son's advice:

(He is level 56 and a member)

If you are a member, go to Yannile, go to the ruins, climb down the trap door, go to the gate that leads to the wilderness underground (just follow the path), go through the gates and attack the thugs (level10) - they will attack you (they are agressive).

This is an easy place to train because they constantly drop herbs including rannars and runes: nature runes, cosmic runes, chaos runes.

And if you are not a member, kill as many guards as you can.

are you a member? if you are dont waste your money on there. lol

if you are train a duel arena or do quests as they can give good xp

to see what quests give good xp look on "www.runehq.com"

just a suggestion maby you could try out "www.dodian.com" some time great server  friendly staff, all skillz except farming, HAS PKING!
