It's a sly dig at Steve Wright.

At the end of Steve's e-mails people always say "love the show"..... Sarah's listeners have taken that and put SW's (Steve Wrights) to you (Sarah) meaning "love the show"

SW stands for Steve Wright.  Everyone is always writing to Steve Wright's show and saying how much they love him and the show (at least, those are the ones that get read out.  I can't stand him).  So the listeners to Sarah put SW's so that it doesn't sound so egotistical when she reads out that people like her show.

I googled it.  Not sure why more people don't do that.
