This is the first time the doctor is Putting me on clomid. I don't feel any pain in my pelvis. Is it possible to go through the five days on clomid and not feel anything, and still have follicles?

  1. I did all 5 days of clomid and felt nothing.  My clomid days were 3-7 and I did not ovulate until day 14.  It is possible that even when you do ovulate you won't "feel" it but that does not mean that the clomid is not working.  You won't know until you are done taking it.

  2. on day 2, i didn't feel anything.

i usually get the breast pains and other side effects after like 5 days or something.

no you don't have to feel pain for the clomid to work.

  3. Yes.  I have been on clomid, with success and I did not feel the follicles growing.  I also tried injectables for 1 month and was overstimulated.  My cycle was canceled much to my dismay, and to my horror, my ovaries which should be the size of ping pong balls were touching each other, and were the size of cantaloupes, and I felt nothing.  On the successful round of clomid I didn't ovulate till day 26.
