I'd say report him.. cause if you have a section 8 he'd have to agree that is what he'd accept and why would he charge more? he's going against the laws I'd think, not sure tho...

that's fraud. Report him to your Sect. 8 caseworker. He CANNOT charge you anymore than what sect. 8 authorizes him to charge you.. tell caseworker immediately
