i heard that 27 sept 2008 is a day where the sun reaches to nearest point of earth which happens once in 6400 years.I want to know whether it is true or false

  3. False. The only two places on Earth that experience 24 hours of sunlight a day are the North and South Polar regions,  in the middle of their respective summers.

  4. You can never get 24 hours of sunlight in India because the whole couuntry is too far from the poles. This only occurs north of the Arctic Circle and south of the Antarctic Circle. The Earth is nearest the Sun on January 2 each year. So this is false.
