  1. On-site day care is a baby care center at the place of work mostly found in industrial zones, like at a factory of GM or GE etc

statistics of work improvement is data that shows how work processes have improved by showing a decline in defects and spoilage in production, or reduced customer complains.

It takes a good babysitter or a nurse specializing in child care, a room, lots of toys, a kitchen, sleeping room etc

    do some research online.

the information i have given above is supposed to stimulate more ideas from you.

  2. When I had my baby, the best part of on-site day care was that I could continue breastfeeding without having to pump (or at least not as often).  I worried less and was probably more productive because of that.

    Can't help you with statistics.

Starting on-site day care in my company was instigated by the workers (5 women delivered within 6 months of each other), and implemented by HR -- so they'll be the ones to ask.  Check out any company in Forbes top 200 list of "Best Companies to Work For" and they probably offer on site day care.  Call or e-mail the HR person(s) there.

    Good luck!!
