  1. I think at least 3-5 seconds.


  2. probably for a distance equal to 1-2 times your height

  3. Ive just passed my Skate Uk 4, and I had to balance for at least five seconds on each foot forwards for Skate Uk 3 and backwards for Skate Uk 4. Hope this helps =]
