On sunny days do students tend to gather at St Stephen's Green?

I've never been, but I live in Belfast, and when it's sunny (those rare occasions) loads of students cover the grass in botanic gardens. Just wondering if the same happens in Dublin.

  3. Yes, it's not just students though. The Stephen's Green area of town is quite diverse. It's a really nice area.

  5. Everyone goes to Stephen's Green on sunny days. Not just students. Its really hard to find a place to sit during the summer.

Saint Stephens Green and Grafton Street is the place to be, a very Fashionable Area to be seen in  .Remember Bagatelles Song, I remember that Summer in Dublin, All the Young People on Grafton Street and everybody looking so well. Everybody Hangs out in St Stephens Green, the Young and the Old, The Foreigners Tourists, The Students.  Also you have a load of Fashionable Shops and Cafes and  Restaurants Pubs and Clubs all round the Area.A lot of People Eat their Lunch Al Fresco in the Park on the Grass, Office Workers, Tourists,Ordinary Dubliner's.

    Our Botanic Gardens are further out from the city centre, but good weather tends to draw people there too.
