On the Extreme Xg 470 gas scooter, if the key is not in it, can you still start it with the pull start?

I just want to know so if i get one i can park it without it getting stolen.

no it wont start i have one but i will not reccomend this scooter to you on the first day i got it i had so many problems i couldnt even count, the brakes were horrible barley even stopped, the lights and blinkers dont either, the electric start didnt work, the screws kept falling off of every part that was on the scooter, the seat broke, the truck falls off and the head unit just recently broke off my scooter so i cant even ride it and i only had it for 2 weeks and its already ruined DONT BUY IT ITS JUNK!!!
