to get cheat console type ctrl + shift + c

type in cheat console unlockCareerRewards

You should get all career rewards

By the way you can unlock these rewards by reaching near the top of your career, (to get sciene station need to be near top of science career, medicnce station, medicine career, etc)

I believe your sim needs to be at level 5 to unlock it on the medicine career.
