On the Yahoo main page, why is france indicated as one of my search options?

Question

when I go to www.yahoo.com, I have noticed that underneath my search bar, there are two options to choose from, one is "the web" and the other is "france only". As I am not in france, and I am not on the french yahoo site. Why is france indicated on the search options? Could this be an indication that I have a trojan or another piece of spyware on my computer. I am suspisious as I do know some french people and this is not the first time Ive noticed things connected with france of quebec on the yahoo. main page. Any ideas?

Ok the first onego on to answers and scroll down left hand side till youreach the bottom then click on the country

that you want to answer questions from.then scroll up on left you will see english Qs only or whatever language you want

theres a choice.

hhmm, never took notice to that before.  mine is normal, it says finance.
