it depends, do you mean while the car is stalled (preferably in a parking lot or somewhere)? if so id hope very few. If you mean while your still driving the car, id hope people would refrain and consider parking somewhere.

I do not know but when I was driving OTR it seemed like every car had some one in it getting head.

I'm pretty sure no one has died from have oral s*x in a car while driving. It's the crash that kills them.
