like what language is it, or what its it? cuz its for sure not english im just curious?

it's all Latin - The top part:  "Annuit coeptis" and it means:  He (God) has favored our undertakings

the bottom of the eye part "Novus Ordo Seclorum" means :A new order of the ages.

umm there is a spider in one of the spider webs in the corners though... i think its cool but you gotta look real close and carefullyh to see it
