On the back of the package of my ipod nano 3g, it says...............?

"....Battery has limited recharge cycles and may eventually need to be replaced by authorized service provider....."

What does that mean?? Does it mean that the battery will eventually die out?

Yes and you will need to have it fixed  by an authorized provider or your warranty will be null and void. Usually though they will last forever b4 you have to get a new battery
