The 4th stage, Industry vs Inferiority (age 6 to puberty)- the child begins to compare self to other peers in terms of abilities.  School and especially the teachers must foster and nurture the abilities of all children without making them feel left out or inferior to others.

The 5th stage, Identity vs Role confusion (adolescence) - peer groups seem to be most important for teens in HS, and often develop their identity through that.
