On the beach front in Surfers, high rise, where is the best place?

the best value for money I have found is the breakfree penninsular apartments

I was there in november and stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 39th floor so you could see every thing and it was a 3 block walk to cavil avenue so everything is on your door step

the beach is across the road so was great...
