too good to be true for you does something bad always happen that day too?

If everything seems too good to be true, you're probably more likely to interpret things as bad.

eg. On a normal day, you might stub your toe and think nothing of it - it's not bad because it hasn't impacted your day.  But if you're thinking "this day is going too well - I don't trust it", THEN stub your toe, you're likely to take it as confirmation - "See, I KNEW something horrible would happen..."
