On the days with no taxes like before school or sometimes in december do laptops count for the no taxes rule?

i was just wondering if it did or didn't so i can wait to buy mine or if it doesn't so i can buy it whenever. please answer. thanks in advance for your answers

  2. That's up to State law.  In MO, our tax "holiday" does include laptops, etc. up to a certain value but in TX it's clothing and shoes only that are exempt.
