  1. I don't think you have to pay extra and if it doesn't come with dressing you can just ask for it


  2. Comes with it.  They dollar menu items are very good.  I usually get a senior Coke with is a small Coke for less money.

  3. The side salad at Mcdonalds comes with a dressing packet and croutons. You may have to ask for it but it doesnt cost extra.
