On the finance message boards cannot view past meassages, press view messages and I get a ! and message

when searchiung an individuals past meassages to see what they said in a previous messages on finance board I get a message which states no information available with an exclamation point in yellow can you explain this doesn't happen on all of them some I can see but some people I never have talked to it happens. can you fiox this as I like to use the service and see what people write. but the message keeps popping up. please explain.

I have the same problem on the finance boards.  When I search for messages, the newest ones I can get are from March 2008.
