On the game for PS2 "Nascar 08" how do i get a contract from other drivers from the same team?

you can only drive the number 5 car (kyle busch) from hendricks motor sport but i would like to drive the 48 from hendricks....is it possible.

I know i can drive what i want in race now mode but, i'd like to make races count in different cars.
