On the News a Gang member broke into a house thinking it was the house of a rival gang and shot to death a little 8 year old girl. That is the most ruthless thing. That was someones little girl. she was still a baby.

Gang members are mentally inept or ill. Listen to any of them speak or try to reason out why they choose to live they way they do. They are below average on all things human, such as intelligence, common sense, compassion, and productivity. Not saying its an excuse, by any means....but thats what happens when animals arent put in cages where they belong.
