  2. The sun ALWAYS rises in the east and sets in the west. At least here on planet Earth. Where are you?

    Maybe it just looks like it comes up in a different place to you because of your attractive picture with your finger shoved up your nose. Yuck.

  3. What are you asking about? The Sun comes up in the same place on the same date every year. It rises in a slightly different place on the horizon each day, but follows exactly the same pattern each year, and has for millions of years.

  4. The Earth rotates about its axis.  That axis is tilted by 23 degrees to the orbit of the Earth around the Sun.so the point on the horizon where Sun the comes up and goes down varies at different times of the year.  

    It is because of the tilt of the rotational axis of the Earth to the orbital axis of the Earth around the Sun.
