  1. The Tropic of Cancer lies 23° 26′ 22″ north of the Equator.

    Central Meridian - I'm assuming you are refering to the time meridian which is 82 1/2 °. This meridian travels in about the center of India

    If so, they meet just north of a city called Ambikapur.
