On the pokemon tcg do you flip a coin at the end of the turn the opponent's pokemon is put to sleep?

me and a freind have been wondering it doesn't specify in rules.

i dont really understand the question... id say yes at the end of a turn you flip a coin to see if a sleeping pokemon wakes up but a coin is only flipped to be put to sleep when the card says "flip a coin if heads the defending pokemon is put to sleep"

No. If a Pokemon is affected by a special condition the effect takes place "between turns" and including trying to wake the Pokemon up takes place between turns.
