I like both of these rides.

Loch Ness Monster is fun, and on your scale I would probally give it a 6 or a 7.

Big Bad Wolf is my favorite suspended coaster, and it has this awesome drop towards the river. I would probally give it a 7 or 8.

Don't forget about Griffon, Apollo's Chariot and Alpengeist! :)
