  1. On the way from where? Makes a difference! Leaving from the US west coast? east coast? England? Africa? Where, where are you?

  2. On my way to New Zealand a few years back I stopped in Singapore... thought it was amazing, the culture / food / shopping / architechture / nightlife / cleanliness etc etc all was so good (worst thing was i only stayed 3 days).

Head to Oz in July and thought I would try something new, so stopping in Dubai... I hear good reports and the flights were cheapest going through the middle east!

    Good Luck!

  3. Thailand / Singapore

  4. singapore ... even the airport there is amazing!

  5. Depends where you are coming from. You can stop off at one on the way out and choose a different one for the return leg. Some great places and one or two ideas of what you can do,  are:

Singapore -  A very clean city. Visit Raffles, Sentosa Island, Changi Prison

HongKong - Often quite smoggy. Star Ferry,Bird Market, Aberdeen, Night Markets

Bangkok - A very very  busy city. A must to see is  the Grand Palace and the floating markets

    Other options are Dubai, Japan

    Hope this helps

  6. I'm off to Perth on Monday and staying over in Singapore again,I can highly recommend it!

  7. Depends which coast you're going to. If you can fit it in I'd recommend two stops, say Bangkok and Bali. Both wonderful.

  8. I can recommend Singapore, fantastic place with so much to see and do, very cheap too, it is very hot there so take light clothes and comfy shoes for walking round in, Changi Airport in Singapore is fantastic for duty free too, you could spend a good few hours just roaming round it, have a great trip.

  9. Singapore

  10. where are you flying from? depends what airline you use as to which way it comes to australia
