On what base a visa disqualified?

i am applying to a company by an consultancy to srilanka .how my visa disqualified.on what base the srilanka immigration can disqualify my visa.

(iam an well educated and not against any country)

plz answers to my question.

best to get the correct answer by going to the immigration dept itself and ask them why they disqualified you on this visa, they will tell you.
