Congo and Ethiopia in Africa, some others in other parts of Africa too, but they were very old ones in China too, about 800000 years ago!

One of the oldest specimens has been found in Omo Kibish, Ethiopia dating back to around 200,000 years ago.

Humans emerged from Africa, so the oldest would be from Africa. Even if you don't accept Australopithecus as a human, the earliest Homo were still in Africa before they left for Europe and Asia.
