On windows XP Home, version 2002 service pack 2Packard bell Intel(R) Celeron(R)CPU 1.80GHz1.79 GHz 480 MB of RAMWindows installer 3.1 won't install.Microsoft Office XP service Pack 3 won't install even from the automatic installation.Avery wizard 3.1 won't install and I get an error code of 1606.System restore won't restore, and I can't get device manager to display devices.I think that all these problems are related to one malfunction.
