u kno how when you friends list like rotates... does that mean any thing? like if some one just looked at my page, they the first on my list or some thing like that?

The order of your friends in the "Friends" module on the Top Page and in your "Home" page depends the order of the update. The ones that updated most recently appear at the top (either a manual update or an automatic one from their RSS feeds). You can't change the order.
