I just fixed this problem just a few minutes ago.If your still having this problem check to see if your running Java 6.0 if your then u need to delete it and run the older version here is the address www.olderversion.com

and look under utility's. Hope this helps

extreme user error.  to correct shut down computer and walk to nearest bar, grab cue, and insert quaters .. there your done.
