  1. The clubface should open on the backswing. When the club is level to the ground in the backswing, stop and take a look at it. The toe of the club should be pointing straight up in the air. This is how you know your take away is correct.


  2. Honestley i wouldnt take Swing Advice from people on message boards. there is a reason they are on the internet and not on tour. too many people think they know everything about golf when in fact they are mostly wrong! i fall into that somethimes too though..haha

  3. On your backswing, all the up until your club is about waist high, it should be square with the ball. Then as you get higher your wrists should open up. But on your down swing, right where you openen up your wrists, you should close them to exactly like they were on your backswing,about waist high, then should come down square with the ball. hoped this helped.

  4. Yes, the clubface rotates open.  You would have to manipulate your hands in a weird way to keep the clubface square.  When the club reaches parallel to the ground at the start of the backswing, the toe should be pointing up and 90 degrees from the ground.
