On youtube, I posted a picture of myself!(not bad) and i want to change it but i Cant Help Me ASAP!?

So, I posted this picture and i dont want it. I go to the personal profiles and i delete it and i add my new picture. After that i look at my page and its the picture i threw away! I got the picture from the Internet but It can still work! how do i get rid of the picture and get a new one? Please Help Me!!!

It could take up to six hours for the picture to show up on your page.  Just remove the old one,  add the new one and be patient.
