Once I got the template and unzipped in winzip then what do I have to do to put it on my website?

That question was a bit vague.  If the "template" is an HTML file for you to edit, then after you edit it, you need to upload it to your site.  Assuming you're not supposed to use some software from your web hosting company, you'd FTP it to your public HTTP directory.  If it's supposed to be your home page, you'll probably need to rename it to index.html.  Good luck.  You should be ask your hosting company.
