  1. Need more information; what specifically are you asking?

  2. You are looking for the AUTOPILOT ON button...but seriously what is it you are asking?

  3. Same as any other airplane:  you look at *Everything* during climb-out.  That's why there are two pilots required in large airplanes.

The main focus of attention is the airspeed indicator, same as in a Cessna 150; but once you have convinced yourself one more time that it is probably going to behave in a rational manner, you divide your attention among navigational instruments, engine instruments, other flight instruments, that place on your leg that started itching during the takeoff roll, the systems annunciator display, and that magnificent view outside, if any.

When there are two or more pilots, you agree upon a distribution of attention among all these subjects.  Under visual conditions, you both spend as much time as possible looking outside for other aircraft and whatnot.

If there is a flight engineer, the greater responsibility for engine and systems instruments and annunciators is on that person, and the Captain and 1st Officer have more time to give to the climb-out, speeds, the attitude and directional instruments or displays.

It's kind of fun, actually, if you are able to relax.
