Question:

Once a cheater always a cheater? Consider this...?

I cheated on a BF when I was in 11th grade. I have only cheated once and it was when I was 16. I am now 30 and have never even considered being unfaithful, ever. I have been cheated on more than once (in my adult life) so I would never want to put someone through that pain. Sure, I did in high school when I was young and impulsive.

Do you think Once a cheater always a cheater? Or do you think it depends on the age? Just curious.

  1. if your young and not yet mature, its not exactly the same as being married and cheating.when we are young we do things on impulse, but as we gain wisdom we become different.

  2. I think it depends on the person, the circumstances and the level of remorse someones feels.  Humans do human things sometimes when put in compromising positions,  I think everyone deserves a second chance...now after time 4, 5 and 6...Houston, we may have a problem.

  3. Yes

  4. Your journey is not complete yet.

  5. yes!!! sorry but YES!!!

  6. Cheating on a boyfriend in high school hardly relegates you to the status of a marital cheat.

I think you understand the pain associated with this and will not do it .

Once a cheater discounts that people can and do learn from their errors.

  7. If your married and you cheated, yes

  8. Not really age but maturity level.

  9. I think it depends on the person.

  10. i think once a cheater always a cheater unless,

u ahve felt th epain aswell, like u have so...

in ur case, i dont think u will cheat again :)

  11. It depends on the age of the person...In most cases, when a person cheats, and gets by with it. , they will likely do it again...They figured, nothing stopped them the first time, so why not try it. again..That is when the person gets labeled as someone not trustworthy.
