When I took care of old people, I had a miserable old hag who would follow me around her house just criticizing everything I did. "You didnt scrub my toilet well enough! There was a shred of paper the floor and it's been there ALL WEEK! When are you going to pick it up?" Im not a friggin maid!

I hate people who are having a crappy day, and when they know things are beyond your control, but they treat you like every thing is your fault and vent their anger on you - just so you have a bad day too.

I used to work for an amusement park it said right on the gates of all the rides that no one but the ride operator was to open the gate. I was running a ride that you had to be tall enough to ride and I did not see that a girl that was about 4 inches to short got on because her mother had opened the gate for all the kids to come in. When she went to go back on I told her no she was to short the mother flipped out on me. Yelling everything she could at me. She finally yelled where is your supervisor I want to speak to him I just looked at her and told her he's the guy in the white shirt he's probably in upper park I was very rude when I said it to her. He came down about an hour later I asked him if she ever found him and he told me no I told him what happened and surprise surprise I didn't get in trouble I was told good job lol.

I was a cashier at an arts and crafts store, and I had this old lady come in, she had a ton in her cart. She was so annoying, and her total came to about $500, which is a lot for beads and paper. So she pays with her credit card and leaves. About an hour later she comes back with her husband and they accuse me of stealing her credit card because she swore I never gave it back to her. Total lie. She throws a hissy fit and  gets the manager. Finally she left and never came back, I guess she found it!

I'm a waitress. I have this lady come in she gets really drunk on Chardonnay. I refused to serve her a few times because

A. She's drunk and

B. She's pregnant

She throws temper tantrums and screams at me and lets her daughter try to trip me. She also lets her daughter throw crayons and hit other customers on their bald spots.

Obnoxious!

I can't stand that b***h!

I used to work at a pizza restaurant and we had a customer who came in and when he went to use the restroom the toilet was not working so some one in the next stall said nice job fat *** you broke it....well the guy went insane and insisted it was an employee....first he threatened to kill the person (once he found out who it was) then he threatened to get his mob friends and come and blow up the entire restaurant....he then blamed the inadequacies of our restaurant on the f***ing s**c (his words, not mine) we had as a manager.....he left just before the cops arrived (typical) swearing he was going to blow up our restaurant

i turned her around and gave her my patented Jack Nicholson in the Shining look. She dropped her merchandise and slinked away. I did not care , I had put my 2 weeks in already.
