Once i Turn the throttle my goped turns off

Question

Just put a new hp carb on my sport, and also a new air flirter. Ive been messing with the jets due to some people recommedning me do it, but the goped continues to turn off when i rev it. It idles fine, but once the throttle is turned, it dies. Help please
