Once i have my pic on flicker..how do i send it to yahoo?

Do you mean how do you use it as your avatar or do you mean how to send the link through Yahoo Answers?

To use the picture as your avatar, first you must download it to your hard drive. To do this right click then "SAVE" to your pictures file.

Now to use it as an avatar go to your Yahoo 360 page or you can click on your profile from here.

Click on your profile

Then 360 link (upper right)

then "My Page" (top bar right side)

Then Edit Photos (left column top)

then upload pictures in main page section

Then tick the pic U want to use as Primary

Then SAVE

then close out of 360

Come back here to YA Profile

Edit settings

Scroll Down

Use My 360 Photo

Save

Done!

Flickr is owned by Yahoo therefore it is already there. There is no longer a Yahoo Photos so it is not clear what you want.
