  1. I think you won't be able until Cuban authorities authorize the deal.


  2. It depends on the law in Cuba regarding ownership of land by foreigners. I would guess that Cuba would not allow a foreigner to own land in Cuba.

    Cuba now actively courts foreign investment; foreign investors are required to form joint ventures with the Cuban government.

  3. The U.S. is the only country that is effected by our trade embargo.  Everyone else trades with them at will.   They still can't make a go of it because it is a SOCIALIST country.

  4. Mexicans are free to do with Cuba as they like, if they are able to control their hatred and racism they hold for the Cuban people.

    The US won't lift the trade embargo (not a blockade) any time soon as long as Castro's brother is the Dictator.

  6. Mexicans prefer to invest in Cayman islands.

    But if Cuba is democratized, they might start investing there too.
