what can you do / have you done to get it back?

everyone,good or bad make mistakes..you simply get back on the good road and do what is right...words mean very little,..actions mean a whole lot.

Failed from a foolish venture of an illusioned  life. I had fallen from the sweetest snares of deceptions of the people I have loved most. It could have been that my whole life was taken away from me and though it doesn't really matter anyway. That it could have been much better probably that way. I had sacrificed not only the face of dignity but the faith of those who are really true to me. So I stood up, out of my shameful bitterness to prove everyone and that to even my very ownself, I would stay to compensate to right the things that went wrong. For me, its the only way to retrieve my integrity by shedding light of just and truth, of the person I really am.

It's not something you can never regain.  I believe, that's why you need to live your live in an almost private residence, and review the lasting value of your actions. If you are positive, honest, and continue to resist any opportunity to loose what you are accumulating.  You now have a feeling of pride. It's not obvious, but it's the gait and style of his walk.I believe every living person has had to make some active nick into their integrity. But they did what they had to do to heal that nick.  Heck, no one is perfect.

yeahhhh!!!   Who  doesn't  have lost the integrity?  A lot of mistake in our live. Just take this mistakes and  build a step for your future.  hugs.
