  1. Martha Stewart says "freeze leftover wine in ice cube trays and store in bags in the freezer."

    Me I say "Leftover wine? What leftover wine?"


  2. If kept tightly corked or with a tight lid it should last several months.  I have had a bottle of cooking sherry in my fridge for a couple of years and it still tastes fine.  :)  

  3. TO KEEP IT AT IT'S BEST FILL THE BOTTLE WITH MARBLES TO TAKE UP THE AIR SPACE AND IT WILL LAST LONGER THAN YOU WILL KEEP IT
